We have experience with many major dental software platforms including Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, Curve, Denticon, Carestack, Dentimax, tab32 and more.  If you use a different system, just ask - chances are we've worked with it.


Yes!  We are a US based company serving dental practices nationwide.  Our headquarters is in sunny Florida.  We do NOT outsource any part of our services to another company or country.  Our team is thoroughly background checked, skill verified & all located in the US.


Yes!  We work with general dentists as well as specialists including oral surgeons, periodontists, pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists & prosthodontists.  We have team members who are trained in each specialty and ready to help you with your individual needs.


We provide remote dental administrative support services for practices across the United States.  Our services include Insurance Verifications, Insurance Claim Filing, Outstanding Insurance Claim Research, Insurance Payment Posting, Patient Collections, Account Audits, Credentialing, Fee Schedule Updates, Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Claim Filing, Team Training, Practice Coaching, Temporary & Long Term Coverage and Custom Projects.


Our team securely accesses your practice software remotely to complete assigned tasks, communicate with your team & keep workflows moving efficiently - without the overhead of hiring additional in-office staff.  For server based systems, we utilize the remote access software, ConnectWise Control - known for its robust security including AES-256 encryption and two factor authentication.  For cloud based systems, we can typically access everything we need with just a dedicated cloud login.


Yes!  Protecting patient information is extremely important to us.  We follow HIPAA compliant processes and security standards when handling protected health information.  Our team is HIPAA certified and retrained annually.


Absolutely not.  Our service agreements are only for 60 days.


In many cases, onboarding can begin within days with services starting anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the scope of services needed and our current client load.
